3D Nipple and Areola Restoration
Two sessions required: $1,750 includes both sessions (CT tax not included)

First session is when Taylor measures, designs, color matches your skin with inks and tattoo the breasts. This typically takes 3-4 hours.

Second session is typically a month after the first round is healed, this is when Taylor will touch up any areas that need it. This session will take a lot less time ranging from 1-2 hours.

Insurance

Breast Ink Ever does not accept insurance.

Please call your insurance company in order to determine your coverage for areola tattooing after breast reconstruction. Clients are required to pay upfront for all services provided by Taylor Kearns at Breast Ink Ever, LLC.

Taylor Kearns at Breast Ink Ever will provide you with a letter of medical necessity and an itemized receipt that has all the info insurance companies will need to reimburse you. However we do not guarantee reimbursement.

Taylor Kearns at Breast Ink Ever is not in network with any insurance company therefore we cannot pre-cert or pre-authorize this procedure. The provider of the medical tattoos is an independent contractor and is not in network with any insurance company.

Tips

-Get referral letter from your plastic surgeon (this will increase your reimbursement).

-If you are told you must see someone in network please ask the rep to find someone in network. ( It's very unlikely they will find someone in the network so you want to ask for an out of network exception or gap exception).
